It's been a while

Since the hubby came home it has been one crazy rollercoaster ride. I have had what seems like a million different things to blog about but just couldn't bring myself to blog about light funny things when nothing going on in my life has been light or funny.

The Lord has his hands all in this though and things are being worked through and worked out.

I think God is just the coolest and how he reveals himself to me just blows my mind constantly!

Monday morning the door bell rang and it was a lady who had stopped by about a year ago. We have all had these knocks on our doors!! I don't remember anything specific about when she came by before but when she came by Monday morning, the scripture she shared made me just LAUGH.OUT.LOUD. not because it was funny but because it was an answer to all that I had poured out to God the night before.

God reveals himself in so many ways. Yes he literally knocks on our doors!

Psalm 55: 22 Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall.

Yea your back! I have been wondering how it was going! God is GREAT!
I have been a mess, my military man is gone to Summer camp in Wisconsin for 2 weeks and I leave for Dallas TX for a week the morning he comes home....3 weeks is not long for most(Military) but forever for me.
We've been able to get in a quik call late at night. We had a spat the night before he left that didn't get fixed. Stress of leaving and 3 months out of work plus still trying to carry 4 excellerated master level classes has the man stressed out!
When we were full time Air Force we had lots of time apart but it has been years since we have had to.
You enjoy your man being home!

Saw that sweet pic of your husband (I guess) and the little boy and I knew he was an airman! Checked out your bio and I was right! My dtr in in Qatar now almost finished with her deployment; she is in security and guard planes in and out of Iraq. She is at Lakenheath in the UK and we hope to see her early 2009. Bless you all!
